Week 01

At first, Mr Martin introduce us about this module and kindly briefed us about the assignments. Not only that, he also showed us an example of a video when it is with and without audio to let us see the differences. After that Mr Razif joined the class and brief us about the first assignment in detail. He told us what we have to do and also showed us some random audio recording to help us more understand about the assignment. Mr Martin also show us some example of our final project which is "Stop Motion". He showed few of if to us just to let us more understanding about it.

VIDEO EDITING
After Mr Martin and Mr Razif briefing us about those assignment, Mr Martin give us a small exercise. We have to arrange some clip accordingly by using the clips that given by Mr Martin. There also an original video which we can look at it and arrange those clip. Before we start, Mr Martin tough us the basic techniques of Adobe Premiere Pro CC to edit those clips and some shortcut of it. After we finish, we show it to Mr Martin.

Week 02

SOUND EDITING
We learned to edit various soundtracks using Adobe Audition. We tried to match the sample soundtracks to the original soundtrack. After that, Mr Razif give us an exercise which we have to recreate the explosion sound effects.

VIDEO EDITING
After we learned the different camera angle and shots that used in cinematography, Mr Martin lets us watch an advertising video on a soap brand on youtube.
After watching this video, Mr Martin let us withdraw so that we know which version we have to do as an exercise for cinematography and I want given the romantic version. For this exercise, we have to screenshot the shots and write down the type of the shots and also the description of it.

Week 03

SOUND EDITING
We have to edit some sample voice to make it into sound of airport, stadium, bathroom and also monster version. But before that, Mr Razif did show us some example which is on phone version.

After we finish the example that given, we started editing the exercise that given by using the sample voice. We have to recreate the sound for "Airport","Stadium","Bathroom" and also "Monster".

VIDEO EDITING
For Mr Martin's class exercise, Mr Martin give us some video which from our senior so that we can practise more about video editing.
After the exercise, we were spread into few group to complete the shooting exercise. In this exercise, we have to shooting 9 different shots which given by Mr Martin.

Before we start everything, Mr Martin do mentioned us that we have should always remember when we taking video or taking photo, we have to use eye level to adjust the angle.
In this shooting exercise, I learn how to adjust the camera angle and also the tripod. Not only that, I really learn how those shot work because this time we are doing it in reality and not just reading from the slides.
Week 04

In this week, we have to recreate an audio sound effect for a Ironman's short video. We can found the sound effect on https://freesound.org.

Week 06

VIDEO EDITING
After we finish shooting our project II -"Samsung Galaxy Note Ad", Mr Martin taught us how to colour correct in Adobe Premier. We have to use the original video as part of the reference.
