In this project, we can propose any ideas to solve The Risers' pain points which it is lack of engagement, the content is lack of interest and the customer journey map is solid. After Mr Asrizal and clients briefed us about it, me and Angeline started to think about ideas that we can do to solve the problem.

After few days, we came out with few ideas which is redesign the Taylor's website to satisfaction the persona pain points and create a new social media profile (Instagram & Facebook) for The Risers. After we have consultation with Mr Asrizal, we think that it is not enough to solve the problem so we came out with another two solution which is Instagram Filter and campaign which can combine all the graduate high school students that are lost after they graduate.

After we proposed our new ideas, Mr Asrizal said the campaign ideas might not work because our client want it to be digital instead of on ground event. After we confirmed what we need to do, we started to design our part which Angeline in charge of Social Media and I in charge of website and instagram filter.

For the website redesign, we decided to match the objective of The Risers and also our persona pain points.
